PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily and appropriately reconstructing a thick slice from tilted thin slice projection data even when a projection surface is tilted with respect to a parallel movement direction.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes an acquisition part, a reconstruction part, a specification part and a processing part. The acquisition part acquires projection data on a plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another scanned by an X-ray source and an X-ray detector after performing a movement control of moving a cradle holding the X-ray source and the X-ray detector so as to form a tilt angle except zero degree so that the cross sections scanned by the X-ray source and the X-ray detector are tilted. The reconstruction part reconstructs the projection data to generate images of the plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another. The specification part specifies slice cross sections adjacent each other as one group among the plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another. The processing part performs distance-corresponding shift processing based on the tilt angle along a prescribed direction for images corresponding to the plurality of slice cross sections specified as one group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】投影面が平行移動方向に対して傾斜しているときであっても、傾斜した薄スライス投影データから厚スライスを簡単且つ適切に再構成できるＸ線ＣＴ装置の提供。【解決手段】取得部、再構成部、指定部、処理部を備えたＸ線ＣＴ装置である。取得部は、Ｘ線源およびＸ線検出器によるスキャンの断面を傾けるよう、当該Ｘ線源およびＸ線検出器を保持する架台をゼロ度以外のチルト角に移動制御した後にＸ線源およびＸ線検出器にてスキャンされた複数の互いに平行なスライス断面における投影データを取得する。再構成部は、投影データを再構成し複数の互いに平行なスライス断面における画像を生成する。指定部は、複数の互いに平行なスライス断面のうち、互いに近傍なスライス断面を一グループとして指定する。処理部は、一グループとして指定された複数のスライス断面に対応する画像について、所定の方向に沿ってチルト角に基づく距離分シフト処理を行う。【選択図】図６
