According to the present invention, a conductive fiber based wrist type ECG device including a noise reduction algorithm comprises: wrist type ECG electrodes made of conductive fibers； an amplifying unit amplifying ECG signals provided from the wrist type ECG electrodes； an ECG signal processor receiving the amplified ECG signals and converting the ECG signals into digital data to generate ECG raw data； a memory unit receiving and storing the ECG raw data； and a control device receiving the ECG raw data to store the ECG raw data in the memory unit, checking whether the ECG raw data is out of a predetermined threshold range, counting the number of times when the ECG raw data is out of the threshold range, and deleting a part corresponding to a predetermined time among the ECG raw data stored in the memory unit when the counted number is equal to or greater than a predetermined number.
