CONSTITUTION: A first cover unit(11) is adhered to a skin of livestock. A second cover unit(12) is connected to the first cover unit. A wireless communication unit is arranged between the first cover unit and the second cover unit and includes a chipset(15) for wireless communication. A bump unit(111) is formed on an outside of the first cover unit with fixed height and size. The bump unit is formed in an arrangement location of the chipset for the wireless communication.
