PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation device that automatically carries out watering and that can easily be made more compact.SOLUTION: The cultivation device comprises: a water supply tank that can accommodate cultivation liquid and that keep the interior thereof in an airtight state a pipe one end of which has an airtight connection with the bottom of the water supply tank and the other end of which is open downward a water storage tank which is disposed below the water supply tank, and retains cultivation liquid provided from the pipe, at the bottom thereof a bed which is provided at the bottom of the water storage tank and has at least an upper surface and side surfaces a sheet body which is provided along the upper surface and the side surfaces of the bed and draws the cultivation water in the water storage tank by capillary action and a support base which positions the water supply tank and the water storage tank.
