An aquaponics system in which a seafood breeding apparatus and a hydroponic cultivation apparatus are integrated, and a seafood breeding method and a plant cultivation method using the system are provided. The cultivation system includes a breeding tank 1 of a breeding system and a cultivation bed 2 of a cultivation system. The cultivation system arranges two or more cultivation beds in a vertical direction and supplies liquid in the breeding tank to each of the cultivation beds. The liquid in the cultivation bed is returned to the breeding tank, and it is equipped with a breeding culture circulation system that circulates with the breeding tank-cultivation bed-breeding tank.
