PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of hand joint supporters in which, in spite of various types of multiple products and ideas implemented and proposed for the hand joint supporters in general, the supporters with a palmar flexion-tended hand joint kept energized in a dorsal flexion side are only available for hard type basically structured with felt-lining on high strength aluminum alloy for example, and in which inexpensive supporters with a comfortable feeling to wear are unavailable.SOLUTION: The supporters is for keeping the hand joint in a dorsal flexion position. With a hook-and-loop fastener arranged on both ends of a long stretchable belt, two or more through-holes are prepared along the longitudinal direction on the belt. These holes are unevenly distributed on one side, with the length folded in two. At least two through-holes are arranged apart so that the thumb and the little finger or the ring finger are insertable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 手関節装具自体は多種多数の製品・アイデアが実施・提案されているが、掌屈傾向にある手関節を背屈側に付勢した状態に保存する装具に関しては、高力アルミニウム合金等にフェルトの内張りを施した構造を基本とする硬質のものしかなく、装用感の良い安価なものが存在していなかった。【解決手段】 手関節を背屈位に保存するためのサポーターであって、長尺伸縮ベルトの両端に面ファスナーが配置され、該ベルト上にはその長さ方向に沿って穿設される2以上の透孔が設けられており、且つこれらの孔は、長さを二分した場合の片側部分に偏在しており、少なくとも2つの透孔は、母指と小指あるいは環指とが挿通可能に離間されて配置されている。【選択図】 図1
