To provide a guide-integrated external fixator for a hand-finger in which wire can be pierced in a precise position without the use of penetration photography such as the radiography in the operation of piercing wire for mounting an external fixator in bones of the hand-finger.SOLUTION: A guide-integrated external fixator 1 for a hand-finger is provided that has: a hand-finger guide 3 having a hand-finger supporting surface 7 of a curved shape along the surface of the hand-finger 2, and mounted to the hand-finger 2, while bringing the hand-finger supporting surface 7 into contact with the hand-finger 2； and an external fixator 5 having multiple wire piercing holes 4 for making multiple wire 11 pierced to a bone 8 of the hand-finger 2 insert.
