To provide a finger protector, simply applied to a patients finger to fix an interphalangeal joints of hand from the outside, so that fitting to the shape of finger can be improved, prevented from moving from the finger without a reason in the applied state to surely fix the interphalangeal joints of hand and not easily slipping OFF the finger in use.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical applied body 11 has a basic form substantially circular in section and is formed of a resin molding. The cylindrical applied body has such dimensions that with one interphalangeal joint 2 of hand located in the center, the end face 11a-1 of one side opening end 11a is positioned opposite to a phalangeal part such as a tarsus part 2c existing at the forward end of the interphalangeal joint 2 of hand and the end face 11b-1 of the other side opening end 11b is positioned opposite to a phalangeal part such as a middle knuckle 2d existing at the basipodite bone 2f side. A recessed wrap part 13 in which a calcar part 3 is wrapped is formed in a part opposite to the calcar part 3 ON the back 2-1 side of the one interphalangeal joint 2 of hand of the cylindrical applied body 11, and narrowed holding parts 14 resiliently contacting the side of the finger 1 are formed ON both openings 11a and 11b.
