The present invention relates to a processing method and processing apparatus of oat-containing processed food, the method comprising a first step (S100) for washing and drying oats, barley, beans and brown rice； a second step (S110) of mixing oats, barley, beans and brown rice at a certain ratio； and a third step (S120) of processing the oats and mixture into grain powder by pulverizing, wherein the mixture of 60 to 80 wt% of oats, 5 to 15 wt% of barley, 5 to 15 wt% of beans, and 5 to 15 wt% of brown rice is included in the first step (S100).본 발명은 귀리함유 가공식품의 가공방법 및 가공장치에 관한 것이다. 그러한 귀리함유 가공방법은, 귀리, 보리, 콩, 현미를 세척 및 건조시키는 제 1단계(S100)와； 귀리와 보리, 콩, 현미를 일정 성분으로 혼합하는 제 2단계(S110)와； 그리고 귀리와 혼합물을 분말화하여 선식으로 가공하는 제 3단계(S120)를 포함하며, 제 1단계(S100)에서, 귀리 60 내지 80중량%, 보리 5 내지 15중량%, 콩 5 내지 15중량%, 현미 5 내지 15중량%의 비율로 혼합한다.
