PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a mobile aid for care in which elderly or handicapped people, even people with handicapped-leg, can lift a body safely and easily and can move freely in a room, and which the mobile aid is superior in economical efficiency and maintainability.SOLUTION: A mobile aid for care comprises: a cylindrical guide rail laid in ceiling surface, capable of optionally disposing a moving range according to the arrangement of a room, and forming R-shaped screw part in an inner circumference surface part and a body moving part threadedly inserted into an inner circumferential part of the guide rail body and movably provided along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. Also, a belt with a support for retaining a body is worn in the body moving part. Also, a physical body part is fixed by the support after adjusting a height of the support so that the position of the support for supporting the physical body part and the body may become the same level by pressing an actuating button of remote control in the travel movement while lifting the body. After making an arrangement, an electric reel actuating button is pressed to roll up a belt, and thereby the body is lifted to enable walking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 老人や身障者等、足の悪い人でも安全で、容易に身体を持ち上げ可能で、且つ、部屋の中を自由に移動出来、且つ、経済性・メンテナンス性に優れた介護用移動式補助具を開発・提供する事にある。【解決手段】 天井面に敷設し、部屋の配置に応じて移動範囲を任意に配置可能で、且つ、内周面部にR状ネジ部を形成し、筒状のガイドレールと、該ガイドレール本体の内周面部に螺着挿入し、ガイドレールの長手方向に沿って自在に移動可能に設けた本体移動部から成り、且つ、該本体移動部に身体を保持するサポート付ベルトを装着し、且つ、身体を持ち上げて走行移動時は、リモコンの作動ボタンを押して、身体の胴体部と身体を支持するサポートの位置が同レベルに成る様、サポートの高さを調整後、身体の胴体部をサポートで固定し体制を整えた後、電動リール作動ボタンを押してベルトを巻き上げ身体を持ち上げて歩行する。【選択図】 図1
