The present invention relates to a prosthesis (1) comprising: - a textile (2) flexible defined by a peripheral outer edge (2a), - a frame (3) integral with said textile and adopting the shape of said peripheral outer edge of the textile, said frame being provided with at least four hinge points (4a, 4b) for folding said textile into two parts along a first axis passing through the center of the textile, then again in two parts along a second axis passing through the center of the textile, said second axis being substantially perpendicular to said first axis, said prosthesis further comprising at least one layer (10, 12) of flexible material attached to said textile substantially along the perimeter of said peripheral outer edge, said layer of flexible material being recessed on its central part. La présente invention porte sur une prothèse (1) comprenant : - un textile (2) souple délimité par un bord extérieur périphérique (2a), - un cadre (3) solidaire dudit textile et adoptant la forme dudit bord extérieur périphérique du textile, ledit cadre étant pourvu d'au moins quatre points de charnière (4a, 4b) permettant de plier ledit textile en deux parties selon un premier axe passant par le centre du textile, puis de nouveau en deux parties selon un deuxième axe passant par le centre du textile, ledit deuxième axe étant substantiellement perpendiculaire audit premier axe, ladite prothèse comprenant en outre au moins une couche (10, 12) de matériau souple fixée audit textile substantiellement le long du périmètre dudit bord extérieur périphérique, ladite couche de matériau souple étant évidée sur sa partie centrale.
