PURPOSE: A method for enhancing cryopreservation efficiency for spermatogonial stem cells is provided to develop method such as human infertility treatment.CONSTITUTION: A cryopreservation method for spermatogonial stem cells comprises: a step of treating enzyme to testis of a mammal to separate single cell group a step of collecting spermatogonial stem cells from the single cell group a step of culturing the spermatogonial stem cell in vitro and collecting and a step of cryopreservating the stem cells using cryopreservation liquid containing polyethylene glycol.
