An object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic which is convenient to use and can improve the smoothness, trim, and softness of hair at the time of finishing. The present invention, as the hair cosmetic used by applying to the hair after shampoo, followed by washing, accomplishes the subject by using the hair cosmetic comprising a branched ester or jojoba oil and hydroxyalkyl cellulose.
