PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia care support method, a dementia information output device, a dementia care support system, and a computer program which are capable of helping people involving dementia care to accurately comprehend symptoms of dementia patients and changes of the symptoms.SOLUTION: Plural kinds of questions related to a dementia patient are displayed on PC1, an answer to each of the questions is input to the PC1, patient condition information based on the input answers is stored in a server 2, and further, a chart sequentially indicating plural pieces of patient condition information (eg. a bar graph indicating a monthly dosage), and a chart indicating plural kinds of patient condition information in association with each other (eg. 3D surface graph indicating capability or incapability, and an emotional stability with respect to each of plural kinds of daily activities) are generated. The generated charts are displayed on the PC1.
