PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentistry medical care chair which can be adjusted in a minute state, according to a body shape or a body position of a patient.SOLUTION: A lifting brake mechanism BM of a dentistry medical care chair DC comprises: guide shafts 41, 42, 51, 52 arranged in parallel and guide holders 43, 53 which are supported to the guide shafts 41, 42, 51, 52 relatively movably. The guide shafts 41, 42, 51, 52 support the guide holders 43, 53 so that the guide shafts 41, 51 can relatively move in both direction with respect to a lifting up/down direction.
