PURPOSE: A cold and heat padding apparatus for temperature control is provided to individually control acts of cold, heat, and circulation pump, thereby maintaining body temperature by increasing or decreasing body temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cold and heat padding apparatus for temperature control comprises: a water pail(100) including a check valve in lower part which is supported elastically towards the direction of an inlet port closes； a cooling / heating portion(200) which is provided predetermined amount of water saved in the water pail； a circulating line(310) in which water in cooling / heating portion circulates； circulating drive parts(300) including a circulating pump which circulates water in the circulating line； a cold and heat padding part(400) which elevates or drop body temperature by being built in a part of circulating line and contacting with portion of human body； and a controller(500) which controls body temperature by individually controlling an operation of the cooling/heating portion and the circulating pump according to the body temperature measured by the body temperature sensor based on fixed body temperature set value.본 발명은 체온의 변화에 따라 체온을 올리거나 내려서 정상 체온을 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 체온조절용 냉온패드 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 체온조절용 냉온패드 장치는, 급수구가 폐쇄되는 방향으로 탄성지지되는 급수밸브가 하부에 구비된 물통； 상기 급수구가 삽입되는 주입구 및 상기 급수구가 상기 주입구에 삽입 시 상기 급수구를 개방시키는 방향으로 상기 급수밸브를 작동시키는 개방돌기가 구비되어 상기 물통에 저장된 물을 일정량 공급받되, 공급받은 물을 냉각 또는 가열시키기 위한 지그재그식 유로가 형성된 유로몸체와, 상기 유로몸체의 일면에 전도성접착제로 면접촉되고 접촉 이면에 방열판이 구비되어 인가된 전원 극성에 따라 냉각/가열 방향이 전환되는 열전모듈을 포함하는 냉각/가열부； 상기 냉각/가열부의 물이 순환되는 순환라인 및 상기 순환라인의 물을 순환시키는 순환펌프를 포함하는 순환구동부； 상기 순환라인의 일부가 내장되어 신체 일부분과 면접촉됨에 따라 체온을 승강 또는 하강시키는 냉온패드부； 및 체온센서로부터 센싱된 체온과 설정된 체온설정값에 근거하여, 상기 냉각/가열부 및 순환펌프의 동작을 개별적으로 제어하여 체온을 올리거나 내리도록 제어하는 제어부；를 포함하여 구성된다.
