PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an absorption speed, to prevent backflow, and to improve wear feeling by thinning.SOLUTION: A pad 1 is provided with an absorber 4 composed of a lower layer absorber 10 which contains pulp fiber and superabsorbent polymer and an upper layer absorber 11 which is arranged on the skin side of the lower layer absorber 10 and contains pulp fiber and superabsorbent polymer. The upper layer absorber 11 extends along a longitudinal direction, is arranged intermittently across a plurality of strips in the width direction, and content ratio of the superabsorbent polymer in the upper layer absorber 11 is greater than content ratio of the superabsorbent polymer in the lower layer absorber 10.
