PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-friendly wearing feeling that makes it possible to easily replace only absorptive gauze or absorbent cotton with respect to bleeding or oozing from a wound at the center of the chest especially when performing cardiac surgery. We propose underwear for postoperative use. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A mesh fabric having a sufficient width and length so as not to touch the wound to surround the wound that has been operated on is attached to the inner surface of the chest front central portion of the underwear in a pocket shape. A water-absorbing material such as gauze or absorbent cotton is removably inserted into the pocket-shaped pocket fabric, and the water-absorbing material can be exchanged. In addition, the stretchability of the back side fabric of the underwear is configured to be smaller than that of the chest side fabric. [Selection] Figure 1【課題】 特に心臓手術を行った場合の胸部中央の傷口からの出血や浸み出しに対して吸水性のガーゼや脱脂綿等だけを簡単に交換できるようにした、肌に優しい着用感の良好な手術後用肌着を提案する。【解決手段】 肌着の胸部前面中央部内面に手術を行った傷口を囲むように傷口に触らないような充分な幅と長さの透水性の高いメッシュ状の生地をポケット状に取り付け、このメッシュ状ポケット生地内にガーゼや脱脂綿等の吸水性素材をその上口から抜き出し自在に挿入し、該吸水性素材を交換可能に構成してなる。また、肌着の背中側生地の伸縮力を胸側生地より小さく構成する。【選択図】 図１
