The present invention provides a multiple-material mixing device, which comprises a body comprising a plurality of accommodation tubes and insertion tubes, a housing rotatably screwed to a front end of the body, the housing having an end coupled to the body and forming a mixing chamber, an extrusion section projecting upward of the mixing chamber and communicating the mixing chamber, a seal plug received in the mixing chamber of the housing and located at the front side of the body to seal the insertion tubes. The seal plug comprises a sealing plate and a plurality of seal collars. The sealing plate is thereon formed with a plurality of through holes. Each through holes receives therein a sealing film that seals the through hole. Each sealing film has an outer circumference coupled to an inner circumference of the corresponding through hole. The outer circumference has a thickness that is smaller than thickness of the sealing film.
