PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can improve a feeling and an appearance of damaged hair into such hair that seems to be healthy, in particular can improve finger-combing properties when the hair is wet, can improve hair settlement when the hair is dried, and can keep their effects without being spoiled even by repeated shampoo.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a hair cosmetic, comprising a component (A) and a component (B). (A) is a cationic polymer having a charge density of 5.0-7.0 meq/g.
