The present invention relates to a high temperature dehumidifying dryer using a heat pump, which comprises: a drying chamber for containing an object to be dried； the heat pump supplying heat for drying the object to be dried in the drying chamber； a reprocessing module sharing a refrigerant circulating in the heat pump, passing the high temperature and high humidity air therethrough discharged after dried out in the drying chamber, drying the same with low temperature and low humidity air, and then re-supplying the same to the drying chamber； and a cooling unit for spraying the condensed water generated in the reprocessing module when the drying chamber is overheated into the drying chamber so as to lower a temperature in the drying chamber. According to the high temperature dehumidifying dryer using the heat pump, since the high temperature and high humidity air used once for drying the dried material is not discarded but made into dry air to be circulated and reused, there is no need to suck outside air with little temperature drop inside the drying chamber, thereby stably maintaining an optimal dry condition. In addition, when the temperature inside the drying chamber rises above a set temperature, the condensed water is sprayed into the drying chamber, thereby preventing thermal damage to the object to be dried.본 발명은 히트펌프를 이용한 고온 제습 건조기에 관한 것이다. 이는, 건조대상물을 수용하는 건조챔버와； 상기 건조챔버 내에, 건조대상물을 건조시키기 위한 열을 공급하는 히트펌프와； 상기 히트펌프 내에서 순환하는 냉매를 공유하고, 상기 건조챔버 내에서 건조를 마치고 배출된 고온고습의 공기를 그 내부로 통과시키며 저온저습의 공기로 건조시킨 후 건조챔버로 다시 공급하는 재처리모듈과； 상기 건조챔버의 과열시 재처리모듈에서 발생하는 응축수를 건조챔버 내부로 분무하여, 건조챔버 내부의 온도를 낮추는 냉각수단을 포함한다.상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 히트펌프를 이용한 고온 제습 건조기는, 건조물의 건조에 한 번 사용된 고온고습의 공기를 버리지 않고 건공기로 만들어 순환 재사용하므로, 외부공기를 흡기할 필요가 없어 건조챔버 내부의 온도 하강이 거의 없으며 그에 따라 최적의 건조 분위기를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 건조챔버 내부의 온도가 설정온도 이상으로 상승하였을 경우, 응축되어 있는 물을 건조챔버 내에 분무함으로써, 건조 대상물의 열손상을 방지할 수 있다.
