PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device with which organic liquid mixture and ozone-containing gas can be repeatedly stirred together with water so as to homogeneously admix the organic liquid mixture and the ozone-containing gas in the water. SOLUTION: The plant cultivation device includes: supplying water to a water storage tank 2 through a water-supplying pipe 12; supplying the organic liquid mixture into the water storage tank 2 with an organic liquid mixture-supplying pump 4; supplying the ozone-containing gas into the water storage tank 2 with an ozone-containing gas supply device 5; stirring the water, the organic liquid mixture and the ozone-containing gas with a stirring device 6 in the water storage tank 2 so as to generate the mixed water; supplying the mixed water to plant cultivation soil with a mixed water supplying pump 43; setting time for starting supply of the mixed water via a time-setting part 50b of a control device 50; and controlling the device so as to start supply of the organic liquid mixture and the ozone-containing gas at the same time when the mixed water is generated, and finishing supply of the ozone-containing gas and generation of the mixed water at the same time when starting supply of mixed water to the soil through bringing the mixed water supply pump 43 into operation.
