PURPOSE: An apparatus for peeling potatoes is provided to improve workability by discharging residue, including damaged potatoes and potato peels, through a simple process and to enable a user to economically use the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for peeling potatoes comprises: an outer cylinder(3) having an upper side which is selectively opened with a cover(7)； an inner cylinder(5) including a blade(5a) on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder and a discharge hole(5b)； a bottom rotating plate which is connected to a drive motor and includes a plurality of protrusions(6a) on the upper side of the bottom rotating plate； and a support frame(10) which makes the outer cylinder rotate selectively to pour contents and includes a rotary hinge shaft(12a).본 발명은 감자 박피기를 개시한다.본 발명은 상부면이 개방되어 커버에 의해 선택적으로 개폐되는 외통과； 상기 외통의 내측에 구비되고 내주면에 감자 박피를 위한 칼날을 갖는 복수의 칼 및 이 칼의 일측에 배출공이 형성된 벽면통과； 상기 벽면통의 바닥에 구비되어 구동모터에 연결되어 회전하는 것으로 상면에 복수개의 돌기가 형성된 바닥회전판을 포함하며, 상기 외통을 지면에서 일정 높이에 위치되게 거치시킨 상태에서 선택적으로 회동 가능하게 하여 내용물을 쏟을 수 있도록 하는 지지프레임을 포함하여 구성된다.이와 같은 구성의 본 발명은 감자 박피가 끝난 후 감자 및 감자 껍질을 비롯한 찌꺼기를 간소한 작업만으로도 한번에 외부로 방출시킬 수 있으므로, 작업성 개선에 따른 박피 작업의 능률 향상을 기대할 수 있으므로 경제성을 높일 수 있는 산업상 유용한 효과가 기대된다.
