According to the present invention, disclosed is an electric smell diffusing device of a heating evaporation type, which comprises: a main body having a receiving space formed therein, a plurality of vents formed on at least one surface thereof, and a plurality of exhaust ports formed on an upper surface thereof； a cartridge containing an air freshing liquid； a cartridge holder formed at an upper side of the main body, and holding and supporting the cartridge to allow a spout of the cartridge to face the upper surface of the main body； a flow rate checking port connected to the spout of the cartridge to check a flow rate of the air freshing liquid discharged from the cartridge； a supply pipe connected to a lower portion of the flow rate checking port to supply the air freshing liquid discharged from the cartridge into the main body； a flow rate adjusting port for adjusting the diameter of the supply pipe to drop a predetermined amount of the air freshing liquid discharged from the cartridge into the main body at a constant rate； a heating plate embedded in the main body, receiving heat from a heating element heated when a power source is applied, and heating and evaporating the air freshing liquid dropped from the supply pipe； and a screen net provided to have a constant distance at an upper side of the heating plate, and uniformly diffusing the air refreshing liquid dropped from the supply pipe to a large area of the hating plate.
