A system to prevent leakage of a medicament in a medicated module (200 400) is disclosed. The medicated module includes a medicated needle (202 410) that holds a medicament. The medicated needle includes an engagement needle portion (210 406) and an output needle portion (212 408) in fluid communication with each other. The medicated module further includes a first seal (204 414) and a second seal (206 416). A proximal end (218) of the engagement needle portion (210 406) partially pierces the first seal (204 414) and a distal end (220) of the output needle portion partially pierces the second seal (206 416).
