PURPOSE: A grass restore construction method for a cutting area is provided to prevent loss of nutritious soil by using a waste paper-type egg box panel and to prevent falling off of grass seeds from a cutting area rock wall part by using mussel adhesive protein. CONSTITUTION: A waste-paper type egg box panel for protecting a cutting area is fixed(S10). On the egg box panel, vegetation soil, in which 50 vol% of leaf mold, 25 vol% of chaff charcoal, and 5 vol% of organic fertilizer are buried, and 20 vol% of water are mixed and aged with combined-fermentation for 48 hours(S20). Dead mussels are pulverized to have a length of 3 to 5 mm, and then rapidly rotated using a centrifuge to separate mussel extract and shell(S30). 80 vol% of the vegetation soil, 15 vol% of the mussel extract, and 5 vol% of the grass seeds are mixed and fermented for 50 hours, followed by forming a mussel protein adhesive, and then the adhesive is spread out at a high pressure(S40).
