The present invention relates to a culture medium for cultivating Sparassis crispa, which includes 100 parts by weight of needleleaf tree sawdust, 5 to 20 parts by weight of corn powder, 5 to 20 parts by weight of flour, 5 to 25 parts by weight of ground pozzolan and 160 to 300 parts by weight of water, wherein the water is present in an amount of 55 to 65 wt% with respect to the total weight of the culture medium for cultivating Sparassis crispa.본 발명의 꽃송이버섯 재배용 배지는 침엽수 톱밥 100 중량부, 옥수수가루 5~20 중량부, 밀가루 5~20 중량부, 포졸란 분쇄물 5~25 중량부 및 물 160~300 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 물은 상기 꽃송이버섯 재배용 배지 전체중량에 대하여 55~65 중량% 포함된다.
