PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new support for plasters, which is a thin support enabling to replace such a conventional thick support as fabric or nonwoven fabric, reduces the irritation of skin when adhered, can prevent the decrease of a medicinal ingredient due to the migration of the medicinal ingredient to the support and the reduction of effect sustainability due to the dissipation of the medicinal ingredient, and can follow the movements of the skin, after adhered, to provide the plaster using the support, and to provide a method for producing the support for the plasters.SOLUTION: Provided is a support for the plasters, characterized by having a substrate film layer stretchable at ordinary temperature and having a thickness of 5 to 300 &mum, a vapor-deposited layer having a thickness of 0.5 to 500 nm and disposed on the substrate film layer, and a protecting layer having a thickness of &le5 &mum and disposed on the vapor-deposited layer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の解決しようとする課題は、従来の布や不織布のような厚い支持体に代わる薄い支持体を用いて貼付時の皮膚刺激性を減少させ、かつ薬剤成分の支持体への移行による目減りの防止と薬剤成分の大気中への散逸による効果持続性の減少を防止すると伴に、貼付後の皮膚の動きにも追従しうる新規な貼付剤用支持体およびこれを用いた貼付剤ならびに該貼付剤用支持体の製造方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】常温において伸縮自在な厚さ5~300μmの基体フィルム層と、該基体フィルム層上に配置された厚さ0.5~500nmの蒸着層と、該蒸着層上に配置された厚さ5μm以下の保護層を有することを特徴とする貼付剤用支持体である。【選択図】図1
