- 本发明涉及一种用于检测早期肝细胞癌的磁共振分子探针。本发明所述的用于检测早期肝细胞癌的磁共振分子探针包括:磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖‑3(GPC3)受体的配体,所述配体为生物素化的氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO:1所示的多肽;MR成像显像剂,所述显像剂为链霉亲和素‑聚乙二醇‑超小超顺磁性氧化铁(SA‑PEG‑USPIO)纳米复合物;所述生物素化的多肽与SA‑PEG‑USPIO通过生物素‑亲和素结合而构成靶向GPC3的磁共振分子探针。本发明所述的磁共振分子探针既能与肝癌细胞表达的特异性受体靶向结合,又不具有或具有低免疫原性提高、无毒性或低毒性,且能MR成像的图像信噪比。
