Estos compuestos inhiben la actividad de RORgamma y/o reducen la cantidad de IL-17, por lo que se emplean en el tratamiento de trastornos inmunes o inflamatorios como artritis reumatoide, psoriasis, enfermedad de Crohn, esclerosis multiples, entre otros.
