A base-type aerosol disinfecting system according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle disinfecting chamber (1)； a control chamber (2) for adjusting an operation of the vehicle disinfecting chamber (1)； a disinfecting region (6) for disinfecting a disinfection vehicle (5) entering the vehicle disinfecting chamber (1)； speed doors (3, 4) respectively disposed in the front and the rear of the vehicle disinfecting chamber (1), and having an automatic sensing, opening, and closing function when the disinfection vehicle (5) enters and comes out the speed doors； a vehicle wheel washing device (9) disposed in the front of the vehicle disinfecting chamber (1)； a driver disinfecting chamber (7) disposed at the side of the vehicle disinfecting chamber (1), and having a person aerosol unit (30)； a plurality of fixing-type aerosol modules (10) symmetrically disposed around the disinfecting region (6)； an aerosol unit (20) disposed on the fixing-type aerosol modules (10)； and a lower disinfecting unit (40) disposed in the front of the disinfecting region (6). The control chamber (2) controls the fixing-type aerosol modules (10), and performs ultrafine particle aerosol disinfection on the disinfection vehicle (5) through the aerosol unit (20).
