PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation apparatus capable of creating an offset image in which a grid pattern is left.SOLUTION: When strong direct X-rays are incident on a flat panel type X-ray detector (FPD), random noise such as granular noise or vertical stripe noise appears in an offset image acquired after the acquisition of an X-ray image together with a grid pattern by a grid. Therefore, a bandpass filter in the neighborhood of a frequency corresponding to the grid pattern and a low-pass filter making a frequency band lower than the neighborhood of the frequency corresponding to the grid pattern pass are applied to offset data. Thereby, the noise such as the granular noise or the vertical stripe noise is removed, and the offset image in which the grid pattern is left (grid data) can be created.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】グリッドパターンを残したオフセット画像を作成することができる放射線装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】フラットパネル型X線検出器(FPD)に強い直接X線が入射すると、X線画像を取得した後に引き続いて取得されたオフセット画像にはグリッドによるグリッドパターンとともに粒状性のノイズや縦スジノイズなどのランダムノイズが現れる。そこで、グリッドパターンに対応する周波数近傍のバンドパスフィルタおよびグリッドパターンに対応する周波数近傍より低い周波数帯を通過するローパスフィルタをオフセットデータについて適用する。これにより、粒状性のノイズや縦スジノイズなどのノイズを除去し、かつグリッドパターンを残したオフセット画像(グリッドデータ)を作成することができる。【選択図】図7
