The present invention relates to a calloused heel softening patch using a skin temperature-sensitive functional hydrogel, and a method of producing the same. Specifically, the calloused heel softening patch, which is produced by applying a skin temperature-sensitive functional hydrogel to a patch, serves to help soften calluses in the area of a heel when attached to the heel of a user, without causing side effects on the skin even when attached to the skin for a long time, and contributes to softening calluses in the area of a heel through a continuous release of an exfoliating agent.
