PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a means for hemostasis promotion that is safe, easy, inexpensive and free from the risk of the generation of inhibitor, and further routinely performable by a human or an animal owner.SOLUTION: A hemostasis promoter and a platelet aggregation promoter include fucoidan as an active ingredient.
