The refined oils and fats are prepared from palm and rapeseeds.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 식물성 유지를 이용한 코팅트랜스글루타미나제의 제조 방법 및 그의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 코팅트랜스글루타미나제에 관한 것이다. 더 상세하게는 본 발명은 트랜스글루타미나제를 코팅하여 제조한 코팅트랜스글루타미나제(Coated transglutaminase)의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된, 정제 가공된 식물성 경화유지 및 트랜스글루타미나제를 포함하는 트랜스글루타미나아제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 코팅트랜스글루타미나제(Coated transglutaminase)는 트랜스글루타미나제의 활성을 안정화 시키며, 트랜스글루타미나제의 저장 안정성을 향상시킴으로써, 트랜스글루타미나제의 자체 불안정성 때문에 화장품 원료로서 산업화에 적용할 수 없었던 화장품분야의 원료로서 적용가능하게 함으로써, 고부가가치 제품으로 수입대체 및 해외수출 등 관련 산업 분야로 파급효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.
