The present invention relates to a sink odor prevention device for dental unit chair, more particularly, to a sink odor prevention device for dental unit chair which is formed in a unit chair used for various dental treatment and operation by integrally having equipment for dental treatment to remove foreign substances existing in a sink which allows a patient to spit liquid materials such as blood or saliva and solid materials such as plagues in the middle of treatment or after the treatment and a drainage pipe of drain, and also to save odor removal costs by removing the use of cleanser. The sink odor prevent device prevents an odor reflowed or discharged from liquid such as saliva by making the opening and closing of a soft material opening/closing unit of the elastic opening/closing hole by the elastic force on the upper drain of the drainage pipe which discharges blood or medicines from the sink by fixating an elastic opening unit which has an opening unit having a plurality of cut units to a filter unit, preparing a filter net which has a through-hole on the top of the filter unit, and separating an odor prevention device which has a cover on the top of the filter net.
