The apparatus for manufacturing traditional Korean cookies comprises: a kneading unit which kneads the dough； a puffing unit which manufactures the puffed product by puffing the dough； and an applying unit which applies the sugar syrup and powder on the surface of the puffed product and discharges the puffed product, applied with the sugar syrup and powder, to be dried by the drying unit.
