The invention relates to an embryo of a gallinaceous bird in which human neuroblastoma cells have been grafted to neural crests. The invention also relates to a method of preparing such an embryo of a gallinaceous bird, and to a method of screening therapeutic molecules intended for the treatment of a neuroblastic tumour based on the use of this gallinaceous bird embryo.La présente invention se rapporte à un embryon de gallinacé de gallinacé dans lequel ont été greffées, au niveau des crêtes neurales, des cellules humaines de neuroblastome.
