The invention described therein is a modular methodic for the preparation of inorganic oxides-based micro- and nanodevices with regular porosity of potential use as carriers of active or activables biological species. The inorganic-micellar composites obtained through the synthesis processes are functionalized, using suitable reactants according to post-synthetic grafting processes or starting directly from the synthesis mixture. Successively, on the first function are anchored biological functions with different chemical properties aimed to molecular recognition and to the active targeting of the system The grafting of the targeting function takes place selectively on the external surface because is carried out starting from the initial inorganic-micellar composite material. The next step consists in the removal of the template carried out using treatments which leave unchanged the biological activity of the targeting function. The obtained pore volume is used for the immobilization and further release of active substances or therapeutic agents with different nature and size.
