PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle for acupuncture treatment, constituted so as to be adapted to a conventional use method for applying stimulation to the body and to be sufficiently put to practical use for cosmetic surgery.SOLUTION: The needle 1 is used for acupuncture treatment achieving the treatment of a disease or promotion of health by applying stimulation to the body using the needle and includes: an injection needle 2 having a pore for injecting or sucking a liquid or gas an implant thread 3 planted into the body and a fastener 4 for holding the other end 3a of the implant thread 3 along the injection needle 2. The implant thread 3 is inserted in the pore provided to the leading end part of the injection needle on one end side thereof over predetermined length, the implant thread 3 is implanted in the body at the same time when the injection needle 2 is thrust in the affected part of the body, and only the injection needle 2 is pulled out so as to leave the implant thread 3 in the body.
