The present invention provides a miniaturized in-vivo information measuring device that does not reduce accuracy of measurements. A rotating diffraction grating 110 is used to diffract reflection from a measuring subject 10 in order to reduce the number of the components of a spectroscopic system and the space required. In addition, the measuring subject 10 is replaced by a reflective member 140 to reflect incoming light from a measuring probe 106 and to emit the same toward the measuring probe 106, so that an optical path for obtaining the measured signal and an optical path for obtaining the reference signal can be commonized, the space required can be reduced, and accuracy of the calibration can be enhanced.
