PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor-braking device of a spinning reel so as to elevate braking force efficiently in response to an operation by a brake operational part.SOLUTION: This lever brake mechanism 6 is equipped with a one-way clutch 21, rotary member 22 and brake operational part 24. The one-way clutch transmits the rotation in the line-delivering direction of a rotor. The rotary member has a braking member 38 having braking surfaces on both surfaces, and rotates jointly with the rotation transmitted from the one-way clutch in the line-delivering direction of the rotor. The brake operation part is mounted at a reel main body as freely transferrable, and has a first operation part 50c for its transfer at its one end and a first brake shoe 51 making contact with one of the braking surfaces with the operation of the first operation part at its another end.
