PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem in which a flexible tube is buckled even if the flexible tube is frequently bent using an endoscope for a long time while holding the function of a net as the rigid reinforcing material of the flexible tube.SOLUTION: In the flexible tube 40 for the endoscope constituted by covering the outer peripheral surface of a spiral tube 74, which is formed by spirally winding a strip-like sheet, with a cylindrical net 76A, which is formed into a reticulated shape by mutually crossing fire wires 77, and covering the outer peripheral surface of the net 77A with an outer skin 80 made of resin, the surface and back of the cylindrical net 76A are held between an inner cylinder 76B made of resin and an outer cylinder 76C made of resin to form a three-layered cylindrical body 76 while both end parts in the axial direction of the three-layered cylindrical body 76 are fixed to integrate the inner cylinder 76B, the net 76A and the outer cylinder 76C, and the outer cylinder 76C of the three-layered cylindrical body 76 and the outer skin 80 are joined.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】可撓管の剛性補強材としてのネットの機能を維持しつつ、内視鏡を長時間使用して可撓管を頻繁に曲げ動作しても可撓管が座屈するという従来の問題を解決することができる。【解決手段】帯状板を螺旋状に巻回して形成した螺管74の外周面を、細線77を互いに交差させて網目状に編成した筒状のネット76Aで被覆し、該ネット77Aの外周面を樹脂製の外皮80で被覆した内視鏡用可撓管40において,筒状のネット76Aの表裏面を樹脂製の内筒76Bと樹脂製の外筒76Cとで挟み込んで3層筒状体76を形成すると共に、該3層筒状体76の軸線方向両端部を固着して、内筒76B、ネット76A、及び外筒76Cを一体化し、一体化した3層筒状体76の外筒76Cと外皮80とを接合して成る。【選択図】図6
