The present invention relates to a composition for use in agriculture which comprises hydrogen peroxide, an acid/peracid mixture and an additive selected from among vegetable oils, animal oils and polyols capable of reducing the residues of plant protection products present on plants and fruit, without causing adverse reactions in the plant.
