A method for preparing a nanoparticle/hydrogel complex for a drug carrier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises following steps of: irradiating ultrasonic waves to a mixture of phosphatidylcholine and polysorbate 80, mixing a first polymer, and freeze-drying the same to form stabilized lipid-based nanoparticles; and mixing the lipid-based nanoparticles with a second polymer and hyaluronic acid, followed by freeze-drying the same to form a lipid-based nanoparticle/hydrogel complex. The compound having an anhydrosugar alcohol nucleus of the present invention is eco-friendly and can reduce a manufacturing cost.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 약물담지체용 나노입자/하이드로겔 복합체의 제조방법은 포스파티딜콜린(phosphatidylcholine) 및 폴리소르베이트 80(polysorbate 80)의 혼합물에 초음파를 조사한 후, 제1 폴리머를 혼합하고, 동결건조하여, 안정화된 지질계 나노입자를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 지질계 나노입자에 제2 폴리머 및 하이알루론산(hyaluronic acid)을 혼합하고, 동결건조하여, 지질계 나노입자/하이드로겔 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
