PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing system of a freeze-drying agent capable of automating a manufacturing line.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing system of a freeze-drying agent includes a liquid charging device 14 which pours a chemical fluid into a pocket part of a blister sheet 1 provided with a pocket part 3 and a freeze-drying device 17 which performs freeze-drying of the chemical liquid poured into the pocket part and manufactures the freeze-drying agent in the pocket part. The blister sheet is fastened and retained while being tightly stretched by a fastening frame 30. The fastening frame has an upper frame and a lower frame which pinch periphery of the blister sheet from up and down. For example, respective processes such that the blister sheet, in the state of being retained by the fastening frame, is supplied to the liquid charging device, the pouring of the chemical liquid is performed and processing of freeze-drying is performed while being set into the freeze-drying device are executed while being retained by the fastening frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
