摘要:
1. A device for providing reduced pressure to the wound in the tissue site and promoting tissue growth in the wound, comprising: a framework for implantation in the wound, the framework provides a structure for tissue growth and has in this structure a channel in fluid communication with the wound, a chemical substance covering at least part of the channel and having a composition configured to contain microbubbles, and a line to provide reduced pressure to the frame. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the chemical substance is preformed with micro bubbles. The device according to claim 1, in which the chemical substance is configured to form microbubbles in response to an effect causing a phase transition of the chemical substance into the gaseous phase. The device according to claim 1, in which the frame has an essentially tubular shape having a lumenal surface forming the specified channel. The device according to claim 1, in which the frame is essentially cylindrical in shape, having channels flowing in communication with the wound, wherein part of the channels is at least partially coated with said chemical substance. The device according to claim 1, in which the chemical substance contains perfluorocarbon. The device according to claim 6, in which perfluorocarbon is one of: perfluoropentane (CF) or decafluorobutane (CF). The device according to claim 1, in which the chemical substance further comprises an amphiphilic substance. The device of claim 8, in which the amphiphilic substance is a block copolymer. The device according to claim 9, in which the block copolymer is (poly (ethylene oxide) -block-poly (L-lactide)) (PEG-PLLA), (poly (ethylene oxide) -block-poly (caprol1.
