PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird guard sheet and a bird guard device using the bird guard sheet for solving serious problems of bird feces, bacteria (virus), environmental pollution due to foreign matter (blade), destruction of living environment, cables and electric facilities, a lockout, human damages, etc.SOLUTION: A bird guard sheet is formed of a sheet-like bird guard body formed of a flexible raw material bowing by wind, and bird guard patterns reflecting in the sunlight provided in one side or both sides. The bird guard patterns comprises: large/medium C-type intermittent patterns formed in the bird guard body, arranged laterally and having substantially scale-shaped patterns； and small C-type continuous patterns formed in a vertical pattern coloring ground color part colored in two-tone colors and the bird guard body, and representing substantially scale-shaped patterns arranged in the vertical direction. The persistence of repellent effect by two articles and the change of repellent patterns/coloring by the two articles, which is extremely difficult for birds to learn can be secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、鳥除けシートと、鳥除けシートを利用した鳥除け装置に関する。鳥の糞、細菌（ウィルス）、異物（羽根）に起因する環境公害、生活環境・ケーブル・電気設備破壊とか、工場閉鎖、人的被害等の由々しき問題が発生している。これらの解決を図ることにある。【解決手段】 風でなびく可撓性素材で形成したシート状の鳥除け体と、その一面、又は両面に設けた太陽光で反射する鳥除け模様を形成した鳥除けシートであって、鳥除け模様は、鳥除け体に形成した横方向に並んだ略うろこ状模様の大・中のＣ形間欠模様と、二色に色付けした縦柄着色地色部と、鳥除け体に形成した縦方向に並んだ略うろこ状模様を表す小のＣ形連続模様とでなる。二物による忌避効果の持続性、鳥類による習得が極めて困難な、二物による忌避模様・色彩の変化を確保し得る。【選択図】 図１
