PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injurious bird repellent device to which injurious birds which should be repelled are less likely to be acclimatized and which can extend a period in which the injurious birds which should be repelled feel wariness.SOLUTION: An injurious bird repellent device 100 comprises: first and second arm parts 11； a housing 10 comprising an oscillation mechanism for oscillating the respective arm part； a covering body 20 for covering at least parts of the first and second arm parts and the housing 10； a sensor 30 for detecting entry of an object which should be repelled into a prescribed region； and a control part 50 for controlling oscillation motions of the arm parts on the basis of the detection result of the sensor. The covering body 20 covers objects to be covered while forming a space between the covering body and parts of the arm parts and the housing 10 being objects to be covered.
