The present invention relates to a far infrared deep-layer stress relief device, which comprises a main body, a circuit board, a battery module, a ceramic-sheet far infrared generation module, and a vibration generator. The main body is formed by jointing a top cover and a bottom cover, and formed with an internal chamber therebetween. The bottom cover is configured with through holes for communicating the internal chamber with the outside of the main body. The circuit board is assembled within the internal chamber. The battery module, the ceramic-sheet far infrared generation module and the vibration generator are also assembled within the internal chamber and electrically connected with the circuit board. The ceramic-sheet far infrared generation module is configured corresponding to the through holes, and comprises a heating switch exposed to the outside of the main body, and is attached with a conductive film. The vibration generator comprises a vibration switch exposed to the outside of the main body.
